Assistant Professor, Department of Anthropology, Vidyasagar University since 2 April, 2012
Worked as a "Consultant" of a project on "Nutritional Status of the Tribal Pre-school Children of West Bengal", carried by The Cultural Research Institute, Govt. of West Bengal, funded by The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India.
Taught in the Post Graduate Course in Dietetics and Community Nutrition Management (DCNM) under Directorate of Distance Education, Vidyasagar University.
Attached with the PG Department of Anthropology, West Bengal State University as Guest Faculty. Previously attached with PG Department of Anthropology, Calcutta University and PG Department of Geography, Vivekananda College for Women, Kolkata as Guest Faculty.
Previously attached with many undergraduate colleges under Calcutta and Vidyasagar Universities in the Department of Anthropology and having experience of more than 6 years of teaching.
